Air Conditioning and Heating Repairs

At Combat Cooling and Heating we have skilled, trained, and experienced technicians that get your HVAC job done right the first time. We service all makes and models and specializes in air conditioning, heating, refrigeration, and ventilation for commercial and residential properties. We charge by the job, and never by the hour or overtime. Give us a call and let us know what is happening with your HVAC unit; it’s helpful if you can tell us the brand name, the age of the unit, and if the HVAC unit has any in warranties in place.

We will schedule a service call and a certificated technician will evaluate and diagnose your HVAC system. If you choose to repair your HVAC system with us, we will wave our diagnostic fee of $75.00 and just charge for the repair.

HVAC Installations

At Combat Cooling and Heating we will try and extend the life of your HVAC system as long as feasible, however, sometimes it’s not cost effective to continue to repair an old existing HVAC unit. An HVAC system is the biggest appliance in your home, and one of the biggest investments you will make. At Combat Cooling and Heating we want to assure you that we will install a system that’s right for you, your home, and your wallet.

Preventative Maintenance Plans

Preventative maintenance is an essential key to keeping your HVAC unit running correctly. It can also find minor problems before they become big ones. Maintenance plans are performed twice a year, generally in the spring for your AC, and fall for your heater.

In the spring, we will:

  • Check refrigerant pressure
  • Clean condenser coil and remove all debris
  • Check the integrity of the indoor evaporator coil
  • Test motor, compressor & ensure correct amp draw
  • Clean condensate drain
  • Check and lubricate fan motor

In the fall,  we will:

  • Test and check electrical components
  • Check for gas leak
  • Test for Carbon Monoxide
  • Check flame for correct burning
  • Test blower assembly
  • Inspect exhaust outlets
  • Check fuel lines and connections
